• The regional government (Junta de Andalucía) is sending mass cancellation notices to VUT listings that lack proven planning compatibility or minimum services, giving 10 business days to respond.

  IN THE PIPELINE, NOT LAW YET: the Andalusian regional government is processing a Sustainable Tourism Act (official draft published after the CES opinion, October 2025). We have not found its parliamentary approval or publication in the BOJA. Some media cite fines of up to €600,000, a figure we could not confirm in an official source. It may change; we will confirm it at the next check.
