Using Alertoria's test is, by default, 100% anonymous: no account, no personal data left behind. We only count how many people use the page to measure traffic and improve it, using a web analytics tool that doesn't use tracking cookies or identify individual users.

If at any point the Site offers the option to leave your email (for example, to save your result or to be contacted about your case), that option will always ask for your explicit consent at that moment, separately and never pre-checked. In that case we would store: your email, your test answers, and the diagnosis generated.

Data you voluntarily leave (email, test answers) is used only for the purpose stated to you when you left it — for example, saving your result or connecting you with a provider from the directory that you chose yourself. We never sell your data to third parties or share it with a provider without your explicit, case-specific consent.

Affiliate links in the solutions directory don't transmit any of your data to the provider — they simply identify that the visit came from Alertoria.

We use web hosting and database providers located in the European Union to run the Site. These providers act as data processors and only handle data under our instructions.

We keep data you voluntarily leave for as long as needed for the purpose you left it for, or until you request its deletion — whichever comes first.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and portability by writing to desk@alertoria.com. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you believe your request wasn't handled properly.

The Site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. The only measurement tool installed works on an aggregated, anonymous basis, with no cookie banner needed.

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the Site or to applicable law. The last-updated date appears at the bottom of this page.
