Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance

By using Alertoria ("the Site") you accept these terms. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the Site.

2. What the Site offers

A free self-assessment questionnaire ("the test") about regulatory compliance for short-term rentals in Spain, and a directory of providers and specialists who can help resolve any pending items it detects. See our Legal Notice for its informational nature.

The test is for free, personal use. Automated mass queries, systematic scraping of the Site's content, or use for purposes other than assessing your own situation are not permitted.

4. Solutions directory and third parties

The Site links to third-party providers and services. We are not party to the contractual relationship between you and those providers, and we are not responsible for the quality, price, or performance of their services. Some links are affiliate links — see our Legal Notice for detail.

5. Service availability

We do our best to keep the Site available and up to date, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Intellectual property

The Site's content is protected under intellectual property law — see our Legal Notice for detail.

We may update these terms at any time. The last-updated date appears at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the Site after a change implies acceptance of it.
