How and where a tourist rental is registered in Andalucía, how guests are reported and how long the registration lasts.
Registration
Registro de Turismo de Andalucía (RTA)
A declaración responsable (sworn compliance statement) → RTA (Registro de Turismo de Andalucía); the activity can start the same day, subject to a later inspection and the authority's power to sanction. Since 1 July 2025, only through the Junta's Ventanilla Única Digital (single digital window).

VUT (formerly VFT — the code change to VUT/<province>/<number> was automatic). Room-by-room rental is also allowed if the owner lives in the property.
