Decreto 4/2026 (BOPA 11-02-2026) significantly tightened VUT requirements in Asturias: a maximum of 8 guests, one bathroom per 4 guests, homeowners'-association approval (for registrations from April 2025 onward), and new safety/coexistence measures. Adaptation periods: 6 months for general measures, 12 months for surface and bathroom-ratio requirements, counted from entry into force (early March 2026, approximately).
