Registro General de Empresas, establecimientos, asociaciones de empresarios turísticos y entidades turísticas no empresariales de Castilla-La Mancha
A declaración responsable (sworn compliance statement) to start operating as a vivienda de uso turístico, followed by ex officio registration in the general registry. The procedure carries a fee (modelo 046, paid in person at provincial offices or online); a digital certificate or e-signature is required.
