Notes
Investigated 2026-07-16 (research agent); second-verification spot-check on 2026-09-11. Base regulation (Ley 2/2001 and Decrees 10/2017, 40/2018, 15/2021) and the registration procedure were re-confirmed via web.larioja.org and BOE, unchanged. Spot-check corrections: (1) the Logroño moratorium previously treated as active had actually been lifted on 2026-04-09 — since May 2026 the real process is a "saturated zone" designation for the historic centre, at initial-approval stage; (2) the fine brackets, previously unverified, were confirmed in the consolidated text of Ley 2/2001 (art. 46), as updated by Ley 6/2024 — which is also the recent regional reform that hadn't been found before. Still not found in a primary official source: hard technical requirements for surface/capacity (two secondary sources agree on 30 sqm usable and max. 8 occupants, but this couldn't be checked against the decree's exact wording) and registry expiry.
