No se detecta una reforma específica aragonesa del Decreto 1/2023 en 2025-2026. El cambio más reciente que afecta a las VUT en Aragón es de rango estatal: la reforma de la Ley de Propiedad Horizontal (Ley Orgánica 1/2025), en vigor desde el 3 de abril de 2025, que exige acuerdo de la comunidad de propietarios por mayoría de 3/5 para autorizar el uso turístico.
