Leve: 250–1.500 €. Grave: 1.501–15.000 € (+ posible suspensión de actividad o clausura hasta 3 meses). Muy grave: 15.001–75.000 € (+ posible suspensión/clausura hasta 3 años e inhabilitación hasta 3 años para ayudas públicas)

Ley de Medidas Fiscales y Administrativas de Cantabria 2025 (que modifica la Ley 5/1999, de 24 de marzo, de Ordenación del Turismo de Cantabria, incrementando en un 150% las cuantías previas)
Confirmed via an official Government of Cantabria press release (cantabria.es). This is a recent reform (approved late 2024/2025) that supersedes the earlier amounts under Ley 5/1999.
