Verification notes

Verified on 2026-07-16. No Castilla y León-specific 2025-2026 regulatory reform was found (unlike Aragón, Asturias and Cantabria, which did recently amend their VUT rules). Not found in a public official source: registry expiry, the full text of Orden CYT/1318/2019, a maximum-occupancy figure (no fixed number equivalent to other regions was found), and the exact detail of Salamanca's municipal ordinance (PDF access blocked).
