Ley 14/2010, de Turismo de Castilla y León, art. 85 (Sanciones); la propia ley prevé actualización de las cuantías por decreto según la variación del IPC
Correction 2026-07-16: direct access to the text of art. 85 was achieved (via iberley.es, which reproduces the statutory text), confirming the exact brackets: minor €100-900, serious €901-9,000, very serious €9,001-90,000 (with the competence-based split 9,001-65,000€ / 65,001-90,000€ already reflected here). Since the law allows amounts to be updated by decree in line with CPI, it's worth periodically reconfirming whether these figures have since been revised.
