Conditions: valid habitability certificate, only one full tourist establishment per shared residential entrance in the building, room rentals capped at 50% of the home's surface or 50 m² (whichever is smaller), and prior approval from the homeowners' association under the Horizontal Property Law. Resolution period: one month.
